আমরা দায়ী নই:

Red Team Bangladesh যেকোনো সময় কোর্সের কনটেন্ট, ক্লাসের কাঠামো, প্রশিক্ষণ পদ্ধতি, সময়সূচি এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট নীতিমালা পরিবর্তন, সংশোধন বা আপডেট করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী নতুন ক্লাস পরিচালনার নীতি, নির্দেশনা বা শর্ত যুক্ত করা হতে পারে।
Red Team Bangladesh তার শিক্ষামূলক কার্যক্রমের মান, নিরাপত্তা, সুষ্ঠু ব্যবস্থাপনা ও কার্যকারিতা বজায় রাখার স্বার্থে প্রয়োজনীয় যেকোনো পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত হবে।
যেকোনো বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের উপযুক্ত আদালতের এখতিয়ারে নিষ্পত্তি হবে।
আমাদের সকল কোর্স ও শিক্ষাসামগ্রী সর্বোচ্চ যত্নের সাথে পরিচালনা ও সংরক্ষণ করা হয়। তবে কিছু অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত ও আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থাকা পরিস্থিতিতে সেবা সাময়িক বা স্থায়ীভাবে ব্যাহত হতে পারে।
বিশেষ শর্তাবলি:
এ ধরনের পরিস্থিতি সম্পূর্ণরূপে অনিচ্ছাকৃত এবং আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে। তাই এমন কোনো ঘটনা ঘটলে সকল শিক্ষার্থীর কাছে আমাদের বিনীত অনুরোধ,বিষয়টি ক্ষমাসুন্দর দৃষ্টিতে দেখবেন এবং প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রধান মেন্টর ও সংশ্লিষ্ট সবার জন্য দোয়া করবেন।
আমরা সর্বদা আন্তরিকভাবে চেষ্টা করব, পরিস্থিতি স্বাভাবিক হলে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব সেবা পুনরায় চালু করার।
